At altitudes ranging from 1400 to 1700 meters above sea level, the beans from this area benefit from the perfect combination of elevation, climate, and terroir, resulting in a truly exceptional cup.

The green coffee beans undergo a meticulous Direct Washed (Demucilaged) process, followed by an intriguing twist – aging for approximately 60 days. This aging period adds a unique depth and complexity to the coffee's flavour profile, making it stand out among its peers.
